What is included in each ticket type?
Conference covers the conference on January 28. Workshop Only covers the pre-conference workshop on January 27. Ultimate covers both days. Lunch is not included with any ticket and can be added during registration. If you are coming both days, Ultimate is the ticket to buy.
How does pricing work?
Conference is $399, Workshop Only is $199 and Ultimate is $449, all in Canadian dollars. A 4% ticketing fee and 13% HST are added during registration. Launch pricing is already the lowest price, and there is no additional team or group discount while it runs.
Is there a refund or transfer policy?
Registrations are non-refundable. You can transfer a ticket to another attendee by emailing info@socialnext.ca. Registration closes January 28, 2027 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time unless the event sells out earlier.
Can I register my whole team in one order?
Yes. You can register several people in one order and pay once. Each person picks their own ticket type, lunch, dietary information and registration details.
What about lunch, dietary needs and accessibility?
Lunch is optional and is $40 plus HST for each day. Meal selections are confirmed closer to the event, and anyone who buys lunch will be contacted when the choices are available. We typically offer gluten free, vegan and vegetarian choices along with several other menu selections. You can note allergies, dietary restrictions and accommodation requirements during registration.
