Neil also supports agency education, certification programs, and operational initiatives designed to help partners maximize value from the platform. A senior media and advertising leader with more than 15 years of experience, Neil has held leadership roles across agency, publisher, and global technology platforms, including Reddit, TikTok, Meta and Bell Media. Prior to joining Reddit, he led Agency Partnerships and Mid-Market Sales at TikTok Canada and served as an Agency Partner at Meta, helping agencies and brands navigate digital transformation, emerging media platforms, and evolving consumer behaviours.
